Terms & Conditions

By using the services of 4 Applications (PTY) LTD ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

4 Applications is an independent application service. We apply on behalf of students to higher education institutions in South Africa. We are not affiliated with any institution. Acceptance of applications is at the sole discretion of the institution.

2. Fees

An admin fee is charged per application cycle (not per institution). The fee is non-refundable once applications have been submitted, except as outlined in our Refund Policy below. Fees are subject to change and will be clearly communicated at the time of application.

3. Payment

Payment must be made via EFT to the banking details provided. Your ID number must be used as the payment reference. Processing begins only after payment is verified by our team.

4. Refund Policy

We may offer a full (100%) or partial (50%) refund depending on the circumstances:

• Full refund: If we have not yet commenced any applications and you request cancellation within 48 hours of payment.
• 50% refund: If applications have been partially submitted.
• No refund: Once all 4 applications have been submitted.

Refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@4applications.org.

5. Student Obligations

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect information provided by the student.

6. Turnaround Time

We aim to complete applications within one week of payment verification. During peak periods, this may take longer. We will communicate delays promptly.

7. No Guarantee

4 Applications does not guarantee acceptance at any institution. We provide application services only.

8. Privacy

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

9. Affiliate Programme

Commissions are earned when a referred student successfully pays the admin fee. Commissions are paid at our discretion. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the affiliate programme at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
