You submit one application form with your personal details, academic records, and preferred courses. We then apply to up to 4 higher education institutions on your behalf — both universities and colleges that are currently open and suitable for you.
We charge a once-off admin fee. From March to July it's R250, and from August to February it's R400. This is for all 4 applications. No hidden costs.
We apply to universities and colleges across all 9 provinces in South Africa. The exact institutions depend on which ones are currently open for applications, your chosen courses, and your academic results.
Students don't select specific institutions upfront — this prevents delays if a particular institution is closed. However, you can specify preferred courses, and if you have a strong preference, contact us and we'll try to accommodate you.
We begin processing after your payment is verified. Applications are typically completed within one week, though it can sometimes take longer depending on the institutions' requirements.
You need to upload your SA ID document or smart card, your most recent academic results (Matric or equivalent), and proof of residence. All documents should be clear and readable.
Make an EFT payment to our Standard Bank account. Use your ID number as the payment reference. Banking details are sent to your phone by SMS when you apply, and are also shown in your student portal.
Yes. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a 100% or 50% refund. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Login to your student portal at 4applications.org/students using your ID number and the 5-digit PIN sent to you by SMS when you applied.
Visit 4applications.org/students/forgot.php, enter your ID number, and your PIN will be resent to your registered phone number via SMS.
No. We are an independent registered company. We apply on your behalf but are not officially affiliated with any institution.

No. We cannot guarantee acceptance as this is entirely at the discretion of the institution. We apply professionally and select suitable institutions to maximise your chances.
